What a great time, as always, at this year's NWI Comic Con! This con always kicks off the convention season for me in a very good way. NWI Comic Con happens each year close to what I consider my "home town" in the Midwest and I always have a blast with family and friends at the event.
So what's different for 2017, which is this convention's 4th year? Well, this year, I had the honor of being one of the cosplay contest judges along side Papa Bear Cosplay and Termina Cosplay.
Lo and behold, my parents finally made it out to a comic con. So yes--this was the first time they have ever been in one. They were really excited that I actually have a role to play at the event, and to see our booth and everything. Now they know what their daughter has been up to in her free time! Lol.
