MONICA (GONZALES) PAPROCKI aka Paraluman Cosplay

Monica founded Geeks A Gogo back in Memorial Day - May 25, 2015.

Being an accountant by day, she wanted to do something fun and exciting during her free time. She absolutely loves going to geek-related events, such as comic book conventions, podcasts, art exhibits, "mini cons", geek-themed restaurants and cafes, etc. Being up to date with these events, she was often asked when the next convention will be happening. She wanted to share this and her passion for geek culture with everyone, and thus Geeks A Gogo was born!

She developed a lot of good friendships along the way and collaborated with people in the geek industry. In less than a year from when it started, Monica has interviewed some notable artists and people in the geek industry, as well as won several awards for her cosplay and qualified to compete in Crown Championships of Cosplay during C2E2 in 2016, 2017 and 2018. You'll see her roaming around conventions, taking pictures, so don't be shy and say hi!

A gamer, a comic-book enthusiast, a movie buff, an IT guy, and able to watch anime in the original language without subtitles—if he wanted to. He may just be the most interesting nerd in the world.
