Zombie Mondays
(Editorial Note: the following is just an opinion, so lighten up!)
Note to future Walking Dead episode writers (or writers of future Walking Dead episodes): the problem with relying on shock value is that the audience gets accustomed to it and just stops responding. That, and over-verbose speechifying has a way of breaking suspense and becomes irritating.
If you didn't see the premiere episode for Season Seven yet, don't read ahead. Instead, here's a recipe for guacamole:
Ingredients
3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled 1 lime, juiced 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 1/2 medium onion, diced 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve. Anyway......
I won't go into a lot of specifics except to say (if you didn't already know) that Abraham and Glenn are both dead. D-E-A-D. Dead like a doornail. Deader than fried chicken. Fat of dat bat slapped they skulls with a SPLAT!
At least the Governor had some redeeming features, but Neghan is presented as irredeemably evil.
Hopefully a long, brutal end is awaiting him.
