Following the successful inaugural 90's themed brunch, "It's All That", Geek Girl Brunch is back once again this coming Sunday with this month's theme - Sailor Moon!
I discussed some highlights from the last brunch with one of Geek Girl Brunch - Chicago Chapter organizers, Taylor.
"We had people at Geek Bar Beta in Chicago for that gathering. The officers dressed as the Ashleys for the brunch. We also had people attend dressed as Buffy and such.".
Sadly, I missed out on the event, but at least I can make it this time around! Check out these pictures that she shared with me!

So, what's in store for this month's Geek Girk Brunch? SWAG BAGS!!!
"We are charging a fee of $5 for each person who registers. This fee will go to building a 'swag bag' for every attendee - a staple at the Geek Girl Brunches all around the world!".
Each attendee will pay for their own meal. This way we are avoiding girls being over or undercharged for their brunch.
The deadline to RSVP for the event is this Friday, September 18th. Hurry up before all of the spaces are gone!
